What this app is
A helper that explains things in plain words, helps you write messages, and walks you through fixing common phone problems and spotting scams. It is guidance, not professional advice. For medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions, please check with a qualified person you trust.
Safety
The app gives general help. It cannot guarantee that a message is or isn't a scam, or that a fix will work on every device. When in doubt, do nothing and ask someone you trust. Never share a password or one-time code with someone who contacted you.
Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid plan, billed monthly through the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel any time in your store account; your access continues until the period you paid for ends. A family member may pay for and manage your plan on your behalf if you connect them.
Family helpers
If you connect a family member, they can manage your subscription and see how often you use the app. They cannot see your messages or what you ask. You can remove them at any time.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the service or try to break it. We may limit or end access for abuse.
