This app helps older adults with their phone. We designed it to collect as little about you as possible.
What we collect
By default (the app working offline): nothing. The app runs on your phone. Your questions, the messages it writes for you, and the help steps you tap through stay on your phone. We do not have a copy.
If "Ask me anything" / "Explain" use the internet (optional): when connected to our AI service, the text of your question is sent to be answered and then discarded. We do not store the contents of your questions, and we do not sell or share them.
If a family member helps with your subscription (optional): we store the link between your accounts, each person's display name, the subscription status, and aggregate counts only — for example, "23 helps this month." Your family member can see how often you use the app. They can never see your messages, your questions, or anything you type.
What we never do
- We never read or store the content of your messages or questions.
- We never sell your information.
- We never show your activity details to anyone — only counts, and only to a family member you choose, who you can remove at any time.
Payments
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play. We do not see or store your card details.
Children
This app is intended for adults.
Your choices
You can use the app fully offline. You can remove a family helper at any time. You can delete the app to remove everything stored on your phone.
